Booking Policies & Requirements
Thank you for choosing Hey Shug! Dirty Soda Co. Our booking policies are designed to provide a smooth experience for both our customers and our team while ensuring every event receives the highest level of service.
Booking Confirmation
A signed agreement and a 25% non-refundable booking retainer are required to reserve your event date.
Event dates are not held until both the signed agreement and booking retainer have been received.

Bookings made within 7 days require payment in full
Minimum Booking Requirements
Hey Shug! has minimum booking requirements based on the selected package and event size.
If the event minimum is not met, the customer is responsible for the agreed minimum package price.

One complimentary reschedule may be allowed based on availability if requested at least 14 days before the event.
Rescheduled events must occur within 90 days of the original event date.
Travel Policy
Travel fees are calculated from our home base in Lugoff, SC.

Cancellation Policy
Booking retainer is non-refundable. All additional payments will be refunded.
Customer is responsible for 50% of the total booking amount.
Full balance is due. The event date has been reserved and inventory has been purchased specifically for your event.
Weather Policy
Outdoor events may be rescheduled due to severe weather when possible.
Light rain or normal weather conditions do not automatically qualify for cancellation.
Guest Count
Final guest count is due 7 days prior to the event.
Guest counts may increase after this date if inventory allows.
Guest counts cannot be reduced after the deadline.
Overtime
Additional service beyond the contracted time is available when scheduling permits.
$100 per additional hour.
Event Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing:
- ✦Safe parking for the trailer
- ✦Adequate operating space
- ✦Venue approval when required
- ✦Electrical access when available (not required)
Payment Methods
We accept:

Returned payments and chargebacks may incur additional fees.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- ✦Provide accurate event details
- ✦Notify Hey Shug! of any changes immediately
- ✦Ensure adequate access to the event location
- ✦Obtain any venue approvals required by the property owner
Food & Beverage Safety
Hey Shug! follows all South Carolina health department regulations.
All beverages are prepared fresh on-site using quality ingredients.
Photography
Photos and videos may be taken during public events and may be used on our website and social media.
If you prefer we not use your event photos, please request this before the event.
Force Majeure
Hey Shug! is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- ✦Severe weather
- ✦Road closures or accidents
- ✦Government restrictions
- ✦Other emergencies
Quote Expiration
Quotes remain valid for 14 calendar days from the date issued.
Event dates remain available to other customers until the booking retainer and signed agreement have been received.
